We are still here, committed to preventing human trafficking during this global pandemic and beyond.

Now, more than ever, we recognize the importance of helping protect each other online. COVID-19 has increased the amount of time we spend interacting on screens and that means an increased danger of exploitation. We have put together a list of classes and resources that can be used immediately to help protect you and your loved ones. Please use and share these Online Safety Resources.

UPDATE: As of December 1, 2020, we have closed our office for in-person staffing and returned to working remotely. In mid-March 2020, we shifted to working remotely, holding classes online, and reaching out directly to vulnerable populations through our network of relationships. The reality has become clear, vulnerable people are being targeted for exploitation not just in spite of this crisis but because of it. In response to this global pandemic, we are retooling nearly everything we do to better follow our mission of preventing human trafficking through education, partnership, and outreach.

Beginning in September, we have adopted a hybrid model, staffing our office with one or two employees at a time on Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. This is subject to change at short or no notice due to any health and safety concerns that might necessitate closing the office temporarily. We have been closely adhering to the Department of Health guidelines on sanitization, mask-wearing and social distancing. If you need to make an appointment, we are available outside of office hours as needed. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we navigate this difficult season together as a community.
